Refund Policy

All New Neon sign orders have a no return policy. 1 year manufacturer’s warranty on new neon signs. The warranty strictly covers faulty products, not general wear/tear from events or damage due to misuse or mishandling during installation.

We only replace items should they be defective or damaged in shipping. Send us an email at We require a receipt or proof of purchase, images, video, explanation and send your item to: 10475 Riverside Drive, Suite 6, Palm Beach Gardens, FL 33410.  You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you must use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
