Refund Policy
All New Neon sign orders have a no return policy. 1 year manufacturer’s warranty on new neon signs. The warranty strictly covers faulty products, not general wear/tear from events or damage due to misuse or mishandling during installation.
We only replace items should they be defective or damaged in shipping. Send us an email at hey@britelitetribe.com. We require a receipt or proof of purchase, images, video, explanation and send your item to: 10475 Riverside Drive, Suite 6, Palm Beach Gardens, FL 33410. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you must use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
