NEON GAS TUBE LIGHTS
First patented back in 1915, the technology really hasn't changed much over the years. Neon gas (or other types of gas) is energized in glass tubes by an electric charge, causing the glass tube to glow.

Brite Lite's New Neon® lights are made of LEDs, not gas and glass. This gives you much more creative control over the light. They can be dimmable, and our New Neon® signs have a range of colors which are harder to produce with gasses. The quality of the light is softer and more enjoyable too!
